Terrible service. I went to Hollister and bought cloth for $400. I also bought other cloth from another store and the bags were ripping. I asked the cashier for one extra bag she refused and said " I can't give you an extra bags" I don't think they will get my business any more.

Not this location.. I love Hollister. I've got friends that work at Hollister and the experience is always pleasant and interesting. Unfortunately this Alderwood location was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a store. I don't want to say it was a race thing, but it was definitely suspicious when the staff ignored me, my friend, and her little sister while the others, who ironically were Caucasian, were treated like royalty just walked in. To reassure myself that I was probably wrong, I walked back and forth to get some attention, but nothing worked. Not even a simple, "Is everything going alright?" came out of their irresponsible and inconsiderate mouths and I know they saw me, because they'd pause and look at me everytime I passed by. Since then I have hardly ever visited a Hollister, and whenever I pass by this location I just cringe and pass by, though secretely I want to break their mannequins in half.
