In Short – The Japanese-inspired lobby has a dramatic elliptical staircase, wall-sized fireplace, Jerusalem limestone floors and zebrawood accents; upstairs, luxurious guest rooms enjoy the same simple harmony. A sliding shoji screen between the modern bathroom and subtle, cream-colored bedroom allows for privacy or for watching TV from the oversize bathtub. One-stop entertainment is found on the Kool Connect TV system, which offers guests movies on-demand, 10,000 worldwide radio stations, guest services, and mood settings in five languages.

LOVE THIS PLACE! After checking out of another hotel, we decided to give this place a try. Thank god we did. The hotel staff was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I have stayed at the Ritz and Four seasons throughout the world and have to say that the Pan Pacific staff rates right up with the best of the best. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Pan Pacific!

  • Pros: knowlegable staff, great rooms
  • Cons: None

would reccomend it!

  • Pros: the view, the bathtub, the bed, the price

best part of our seattle vacation! absolutely lovely.

interestingly, we were at the pan pacific the same time as the previous poster... checked in on the 20th, out on the 24th... but clearly had a far different experience. the hotel was on par with other boutique hotels we've stayed at (teatro in denver, alexis in san fran) - heavy on the ambience, personal service, and attention to detail. we got in late wednesday night, but still had someone open all the doors for us and bring our luggage up; room service for a late late dinner was surprisingly prompt and quite frankly, a pretty darn good burger from a hotel. we did not partake in the continental breakfast, preferring to find a cafe en route to sightseeing instead, and didn't have a car. our room was cleaned everyday and i never even saw a maid cleaning cart. the bathroom was enormous and we really enjoyed the sliding wood doors. the bathtub was a little cramped with two, but still fancy enough. we also spent time in the bar downstairs with bartender chris who let us hang out into the wee hours of the night playing board games (provided by the hotel, which was a fun touch) and supplied us with coffee, water, and snacks. a quiet hotel, actually never even ran into other guests in the hall or elevator and the staff was friendly and courteous. would definitely stay here again!

  • Pros: everything was just... well done, very lovely stay
  • Cons: none! the previous post is befuddling.
