Editorial Review for The Finerie – by Ashley Whitlatch

In Short
White and brick walls, silvery mannequins, intricate black chandeliers and plush cream leather chairs create an upscale urban atmosphere geared toward those with a flair for fashion. Shoes are uniquely showcased in backlit picture framed wall boxes and strategically placed "David" statue heads model ties and necklaces throughout the store. Designers include Hugo Boss, House of Moyé and Italian designer, Paola Frani. Locally designed jewelry is also offered.

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

I just love the clothes and the shoes. And just look at the jewelry. The environment is really nice too. I love that there is a bathroom to use. How often are you in the changing room trying on clothes and need to use the restroom and can't find one downtown?! The staff is really helpful. I was there trying on clothes and the 2 girls were picking out things that really suit me and bringing me more to try on. I didn't feel like I had to take a number like at some department stores I have gone to. I felt really special. I am really glad the finerie opened and can't wait to get the boots that tie up the back.

Pros: Nice atmoshpere, helpful staff, great selection, good quality, original, bathroom to use, big dressing rooms

Cons: parking, little spendy(but good quality)

Luxurious fitting rooms add to this downtown boutique's fashion edge, where patrons discover hard to find European and chic New York designers.  See the full editorial review.
