TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! The worst pizza and service. Customer service is terrible, the staff's general attitude is that you are lucky to be to even be eating their extremely-average pizza. This past Friday night I ordered a pizza over the phone, when I went to pick it up 15 minutes later I was told that their computer system was down and they were only taking cash. Not having cash on me I had to go down the street to the nearest bank and get cash before my pizza got cold. When I returned 5 minutes later and asked the counter-person if he would throw in a free coke to make up for the $2.50 charge that I had to incur getting cash out (not my bank) I was told "no", they don't give out free items. I explained that I had to incur an additional $2.50 because of their system crash but the server was not interested. I persisted, explaining that I had just moved to Seattle and this was my first time trying out their pizzeria but that I would not order from them again if this was their response to a customer complaint. Again I was told that they don't give out "freebies", not even a free coke. Terrible, but that wasn't the half of it. When I got home I ate one piece of pizza and it was disgusting, wet and soggy. I threw the entire pizza away it was so gross. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM BAMBINO'S, THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE PIZZA IS WORSE! I would give it ZERO stars but CitySearch won't let you. Don't be fooled by the Bambinos employees who post great things on this site, Bambino's is the WORST!

Mmmm.. I recommend this place (: Enjoy!. So I'm not even a big fan of the thin crust movement, but this year is the year of thin crust. After a long day of walking through the streets of Seattle as if we were tourists (even though we live in Fremont), we finally ended up at Bambinos's. The restaurant is pretty big, I was impressed with the roomy rustic interior and the huge wood burning oven. The staff were super attentive, and I couldn't help but notice all the people coming in and out. Obviously this indicates good business .

After we had couple beers on tap (excellent selection of microbrews by the way) We started with a Capricciosa. We were able to finish the whole pizza (Large size) w/o feeling over filled. The thing I like about thin crust is that you can eat more unlike when you eat deep dish pizzas.

Nicely done!. Nicely done! Walked-in late afternoon and had a great "make your own" pizza. I got the margherita-style pizza with pepperoni added, and it was quite good -- thin, crispy crust, right amount of cheese, fresh basil .Good service, tasty salad. Nothing too fancy but just right simple and hit the spot.

Location is convenient and if they have some outdoor seating for the summer, this is a good spot when you're craving good, thin-crust pizza in Belltown

5.0. We are big fans of Bambinos in our house! My kids like the cheese pizza here because according to my 7-year-old, "The thin crust grabs the cheese and holds onto it, so it does not fall off like other pizzas." It is true, other pizzas we have tried seem to unload or lose their ingredients when you cut them or pry them from the tray. Yes, I am raising quite the pizza aficionado!

Hubby and I are also big fans of the Abbondanza. We order it frequently on the Scarmoza cheese, our favorite to share. Since my spouse is not a big veggie eater, I recently ordered a personal-sized Contadina with our home delivery order while he was out of town. It was DELICIOUS! The complimentary side salad is also marvelous if you're in need of some greenery with your meal.

We've eaten in the restaurant and had food delivered to our office. No matter which route you go, you'll encounter swift efficient service with a smile and scrumptious food.

Good Pizza, that's pretty much it..... Bambino's, well i would have to say good pizza, however terrible owner (who from the looks of it is really bitter and could careless about people in Seattle), an extremely rude manager (who seems as if she doesn't have one positive bone in her body). In which, both lack professionalism and integrity; screaming/talking over customers bullying and eventually driving customers away when there is problem, feeling like they're the victims.

Also so-so service with a hint (probably for some) of feeling uncomfortable in their empty/awkward setting and at any moment the huge Greek owner could burst out yelling (with no concern of whomever is dining at is establishment), instigating a fight over something as small as a pizza order . Either way it's good pizza for most. Some people find terrible, but what do they know? However, good or bad I just can't support business who craps on it's customers and at the same time can't figure out why they aren't growing. Basically if you want to have a NICE eat-out, I'd probably just eat at the 5-Point Cafe, two doors down, or anywhere else. But if your craving Bambino's get it Delivered (it may or may not be there on time)
