STAY AWAY!!

I called them at 11am about my MAC problems, was told a tech would call me back within 24 hrs and was advised of the fees they charged for repairs. At 4pm I called them back to cancel the request for support, it was faster to drop my MAC off at a repair shop, and all I found was a voicemail, the office was closed and the voicemail too full, could not leave a message!! The next morning I called them again and was told I would be charged a $54.50 cancellation fee, that they are not required by law to inform customers before hand of the cancellation fee, and that they do not normally discuss it as not to discourage customers!! When asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was nobody else I could talk to!! They have no references, their website offers no info on their location/policies/fees! They claim to be Better Bus. Bureau registered but they are not!! And they claim to be nationwide, but their NY based office closes at 5pm EST with no after hour support and only one person answering the phones!! Very fishy!! I was charged the $54.50 and treated very rudely!!

Not your average computer company

We are a global fashion and accessories company , with offices and stores in 17 countries and 36 US cities. Needless to say that in our 70 years we have used a number of support companies. Our managers were so impressed with 1 Hour Support's preformance at our Seattle and Los Angeles boutiques, that we are currently discussing a US national contract with the management of htis firm. We highly recommend them (and not just because thei management asked us to write this review).

Great response time and customer service

Our wireless network kept dropping connection to our executive's laptops, and our local guys were unable to resolve this. The gentlemen they sent was professional and prompt, and had idias on what was the cause before he was through the door. After upgrading our firmware on the Lynksis, no more connetion drops. Thanks!
