Dirty rooms. We checked in at around 5:00 pm. Initially the front desk couldn't find our reservation and then they finally did 15 minutes later. Well, we opened our door to our room the room was not only filthy and wasn't cleaned yet but there were other guest's suitcases in the room. Finally, they were able to find us a room. We decided to eat in the restaurant after all that and the food was not only tasteless and cold but the service was extremely slow. What a disappointment!
