We created Avatar Gaming & Gifts because we wanted to be able to go to a store in the off season of Renaissance faires and buy the same things. We also wanted a place where people could game that wouldn't be small or cramped..

For the gamer, we have dice, Dungeons & Dragons books, books for other d20 games, . We have supplies for live-action roleplaying games including medieval costumes and latex weapons as well as latex appliances. We also carry medieval gifts and other sundry items that have caught our fancy.

For everyone, we have armor and swords. Jewelry and polyresin skulls fill some of our displays. Rune sets, calligraphy sets, Papo figurines, Tree-Free greeting cards. Come on in and check us out!

Fabulous shop with lots of variety in their inventory, from Caligraphy sets, jewelry and ceramic ware to D&D, Card games and so much more. David and Margareta (The Owners) have built the gamers equivalent of the old general store that the community drops by to visit and catch up with each other. All they are missing is the requisite apple barrel, but they have a great gaming space to make up for it!. If you game (Board games, Card games, D&D-3.5 and 2nd ed.) then you owe it to yourself to come on by.

Pros: parking is easy and available, Store hours are expanding and the atmosphere is very welcoming

Cons: sometimes a little slow to restock inventory, but they sell out so fast that's not surprising. They are popular!

This is the all time best place for D and D! I could stay and hangout for hours! The owners are so welcoming and knowledgable. If you are a gamer you need to check it out!
