This company is OK so long as you have no problems. Their customer service consists of lulling you into making do with their machines. They are very resistant to taking anything back, and if you return your machine, they will bill you with charges amounting to almost half its cost. Let the buyer beware, and be very sure of your purchase before making it through this outfit.

I had a refreshing experience with this company. My husband ordered an espresso machine for our getaway cottage to be shipped to Nantucket, Mass. When circumstances forced us to delay our arrival time by 2 weeks, I was horrified to think of our new machine sitting exposed to the weather!! Even though it was due to be delivered the next day, Seattle Coffee Gear went out of their way to intercept and reroute the package to our home address. The Gaggia has been great so far, and I highly recommend this company to you and yours. Cheers! Lorry
