Hair cut and foil. I had my hair butchered by Ally. It was the first time I had used the salon. It has now been almost 2 weeks. It in no way looks like the hair cut I brought in. My hair was very thick....now in some places, she thinned it so much you can almost see my scalp. It iscut so poorly that some of the places are barely 2 inches long. It looks as if it has been chopped in all sorts of layering. I have blondish hair and it looks terrible. I have consulted with 2 other notible stylists who say it may take 3-6 months to even get back to looking decent. I will never be back to the salon, and I would advise anyone considering this place to think twice. Worst haircut of my life! Kathie

Great Place, Great People. We moved to WA about a year ago and I have to say that it was hard to find all new service providers (Hair, Dr,etc). So I started reading feedback about places around the area and now have started giving feedback in hopes to help others.

LOVE my hair!!! I came to Elle Marie and told Lorry to do whatever she wants... She took me from dark brown and boring to blond and sassy!(just what I wanted)

I have to say they have grown in the year I have been there. They have worked on customer services! Lorry always make sure that I have all the product and tips I need to keep my hair looking good. The whole team is so nice and friendly ( this is important to someone that loves to talk and moved far away from her girlfriends). I love the reminder call the day before my appointment, offering of a drink before the hair appointment, the cover up to change into and the news letter...it's the small things that make a big difference.

Awesome Experience!. Rebecka cut my hair last week, it was an excellent experience. I love my haircut, and I am a picky person to please! Get your haircut with her and ask for the "magic shears"... She will know what you mean. She also has big plans for my color! It's refreshing when someone gets excited about your hair. Can't wait to visit again!
