We did the white salmon river, what a rush! The Husum falls is amazing! Our guide said it is the largest commercially raftable waterfall in the state! Yowza was it intense!

We are going to try the wenatchee river at highwater next! Woohoo!

Great guides, lots of fun!

My family just went with Blue Sky to see the bald eagles on the Skagit River and we had a blast! It was the end of the eagle season so we only saw 27 but they told us that we might not see many eagles when we booked last week and gave us the option of waiting until next year (which I thought was really nice of them - the gal on the phone seemed more concerned with us having a good time then making sure we bought a trip). We decided to go anyway and were glad we did, it was such a fun day! Our guide (I don't remember her name) was really nice and knew lots of information about the eagles and the salmon and the area. And had entertaining stories for us when we weren't seeing any eagles. She always kept an eye out as she told stories and would interrupt her story with "Look over there!" We were worried that the kids might get board but she made sure that didn't happen. We drank hot chocolate on the boat and took a bunch of pictures.

Afterwards the guides built a campfire and made chili for us. All the guides were great with our kids. Their setup is really nice - you meet at their property up there and they have a outdoor cooking area and picnic tables and a fire pit and plenty of room for the kids to run around.

We took a tour of their guest house up there. It's kind of like a b&b but without the frilly stuff (my husband would never go for that). They said they serve some appetizers in the evening and have a breakfast in the morning. The rooms are really nice and have their own fridge. We decided to make reservations there for our anniversary next month - we just fell in love with the area up there!

Highly recommended!!!
