Ivan knows his stuff. He's tuff, precise and on target. His training program is top notch. I have never met a better trainer and the icing on the cake is that he is an amazing person...all I have to say is... You HAVE to go to Ivan's gym I am grateful for all he has helped me with...well, my body says THANKS! ~Aly
