OUTSTANDING Bellevue Realtor. Love her, love her, love her! Smart, charismatic, very responsive - really got the sense that she actually cared about the sale, and that I wasn't just another client. Really knows her stuff, great marketing, fought hard through many rounds of negotiations. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a Bellevue realtor.

The best agent out there, period!. I simply can not say enough about Kimberly. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't have been more pleased with her from the start. She isn't like other agents that I have worked with in my life - she is incredibly smart, very understanding & compassionate, and worked really dilligently with me to help prepare my home for sale, as well as to determine the most compeitive price. I'd say between her natural instincts for pricing, and her tremendous marketing talents, she really stands out in her industry. Oh, and did I mention that she sold my house in less than a week!? In this market, THAT'S TALENT!
