"Bait & Switch Scammers" BEWARE!!!. These jerks charged me $165.00 to unlock my car last week. When I called, they said it would be around $55.00, but when the technician arrived, he said my car was very difficult to open and that it would cost $185.00. (had it open in about 2 minutes, real f'finn hard) He later agreed to take all the cash I had which was $165.00. What a bunch of theives!!!! It looks like they write their own reviews too, unless all of the people who wrote them like getting screwed!

Thank you Hawk Locksmith!. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to my emergency call to have my locks all changed on my business. Someone other than our employees had a set of keys and inadvertently left them in our building door. Thankfully it was discovered by us and we called you to come out, on very short notice, and change the locks. You were fast, did exactly what you said you would do and there were no surprise charges when you submitted your invoice. I received your name and number from a neighboring business who had used you in the past and they were very satisfied.

Dear 24/7 Hawk Locksmith,

We recently had locksmith service from your company. We were so pleased with the quality and promptness of the service that we have recommended you company to the head of our facilities department at the YWCA.

We called your 24 hour locksmith service because we had an immediate need to get into a locked file drawer. I tough we would need to hire a non-emergency locksmith company for our other needs. However, because of your locksmith’s helpful advice, prompt service, excellent reliability and his appreciation for what we do here at the YWCA, we ended up hiring your company for the entire job. This job involved making and installing locking bars on several file cabinets. The locksmith’s research about whether we could get new locks and/or locking bars made for our particular cabinets, done on his own time after he left our office the first visit time, resulted in good advice about our least-cost alternatives. Our office manager was pleasantly surprised when he called back with the results of his research on exactly the day he had promised. We asked him to make locking bars and he came promptly to measure the cabinets. He ordered the bars and came back to install them on January 27, 2010, even sooner than we thought he would return; this timing was very helpful since we had an un expectedly urgent need to lock the cabinets. Not only was your locksmith a pleasure to have working our office (courteous, informative about locks, clean, quiet, etc.) but we were very pleased that he gave us a substantial discount on the final bill because we are non-profit.

Thank you for your good service and your company’s support for what we do to help homeless people out of our YWCA office in SeaTac City Hall.

I really can't praise your company enough!. I just had my locks replaced (invoice 2732) and can't thank you enough. Your service was not only fast, but your representative was helpful and friendly - even when faced with a very annoying dog. I feel very bad that I have forgotten his name, but this man deserves a raise! He explained we were having trouble with our lock because of misalignment from the original door installation. I really can't praise your company enough!

Hawk Locksmith is my first choice!. I just wanted to say thank you for the great job on my new locks. I was able to have same day service and the staff was very polite and friendly. When I need a locksmith again, Hawk Locksmith will be my first choice!

Thank you!. I locked myself out of my home this afternoon and called Hawk Locksmith. Within a half hour, a locksmith arrived to open my front door without damaging the lock. The locksmith was very courteous, professional, and best of all - fast! I would definitely recommend Hawk Locksmith to anyone needing emergency locksmith services.

Im grateful and pleased with your service late Friday night. I wanted to tell you how grateful and pleased I was with your service late Friday night when I called because my bedroom door had become locked. This was a keyed lock, not a push-button type, so I was unable to open it myself, and my landlord had never given me a key (because he doesn't have one). Al was prompt, courteous, professional, thorough, and not only opened the lock, but made the effort to change it so I could open it in the future without a key if it was locked (and without having to call a locksmith). You went out of your way to make sure I was charged an affordable price and there were no surprise, hidden fees at the time of service. Considering it was late in the evening, I found the service call charge very reasonable. I will recommend your company to everyone I know who needs these types of services. Thanks to you, I was able to sleep in my bed instead of on the sofa!
