Guests Loved Them!. We just had our anniversary and our friends were still talking about how AMAZING our wedding BBQ was (even our discerning foodie friends)! Even though we picked the 'best weather day in Seattle', it POURED (Okay, the venue was Woodinville, but still..) Jasper's staff smiled through the whole day - even though they were barely covered by the tent, and they went home soaking wet ~ Our guests would never have known it because they were so happy with the food - and their service. Worse BBQ Customer Service! Rude, both of them!. Jaspers has to take lessons in customer service. They ruined my party by being rude, walked around harrassing guests and even said that they don't like doing parties witgh "people like you" which sounds pretty racist to me. They came and tried to tell people that they are done eating and left 45 minutes prior to their schedule departure. For special occassions, I recommend that you avoid JASPERS BBQ as they will ruin parties and don't know how to respect people, guests. There are a lot of BBQ vendors out there so make sure you call other ones. Even if it's a couple of dollars more, I recommend you look at getting someone else! BUYER BEWARE!…

Awesome food & friendly service. I used Jasper's for a corporate event. I gave them very little notice (about 1 day) and they were extremely flexible and willing to help. The prices were reasonable and I'd read some good reviews, so I thought I'd give Jasper's a chance. They came through with flying colors. They were right on time, provided way more than enough food (all you can eat!) and everyone raved about the authentic barbecue (the brisket and pulled pork were particularly well-received). I'll definitely use Jasper's again for future events!…

Great service.. We used Jaspers for our annual meeting and they were so easy to work with and the food was wonderful. When I wasn't sure exactly how many guests would be staying for the bbq Jaspers was very flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any function social or business.…
