Do Not Hire Jaspers!. I set up a contract and paid my deposit with Jaspers 4 months ago for my wedding reception this summer. I sent them an email last nite confirming and inquiring about some menu changes, and whether those menu changes would add cost to our contract. This morning, Dennis, the owner, sent me an email telling me has had decided not to cater my event. Of course I panicked! My reception is 6 weeks away and it summer, a very busy time cor BBQ caterers! His explanation was that I was "manipulating him" into a certain menu and basically told me that he wasn't comfortable doing business with the likes of me. The way he treated me was so incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and BIZARRE! I let him know that we could keep the original menu, and also that I had no problem paying more. He basically had me reduced to tears and begging him to keep the contract. But then I realized, if my caterer was going to have such a fit all because I asked if we could take pork off the menu and just keep chicken and salmon, then this was nobody i wanted to do business with. I even asked two people to read the email I sent, just to see if anyone else thought it sounded "manipulative" or "dishonest". NOPE. All my readers stated that it was not me, and that it's good i found out now how high maintanance and psychotic thisguy was instead of at my wedding reception. I would rather cook for my guests myself instead of having Jaspers cater. Then nobody will start pissing their pants and making me feel like crap because I ask about taking the pork off the menu.

Jasper's BBQ. I had Jasper's cater our company picnic and found that the food was wonderful, service excellent and the price fantastic. We are a small non profit and Jasper's accomodated our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a superior BBQ.

Guests Loved Them!. We just had our anniversary and our friends were still talking about how AMAZING our wedding BBQ was (even our discerning foodie friends)! Even though we picked the 'best weather day in Seattle', it POURED (Okay, the venue was Woodinville, but still..) Jasper's staff smiled through the whole day - even though they were barely covered by the tent, and they went home soaking wet ~ Our guests would never have known it because they were so happy with the food - and their service. The day was perfect, and we have such good memories... Thank You Jasper's!

Worse BBQ Customer Service! Rude, both of them!. Jaspers has to take lessons in customer service. They ruined my party by being rude, walked around harrassing guests and even said that they don't like doing parties witgh "people like you" which sounds pretty racist to me. They came and tried to tell people that they are done eating and left 45 minutes prior to their schedule departure. For special occassions, I recommend that you avoid JASPERS BBQ as they will ruin parties and don't know how to respect people, guests. There are a lot of BBQ vendors out there so make sure you call other ones. Even if it's a couple of dollars more, I recommend you look at getting someone else! BUYER BEWARE!

Awesome food & friendly service. I used Jasper's for a corporate event. I gave them very little notice (about 1 day) and they were extremely flexible and willing to help. The prices were reasonable and I'd read some good reviews, so I thought I'd give Jasper's a chance. They came through with flying colors. They were right on time, provided way more than enough food (all you can eat!) and everyone raved about the authentic barbecue (the brisket and pulled pork were particularly well-received). I'll definitely use Jasper's again for future events!

Great service.. We used Jaspers for our annual meeting and they were so easy to work with and the food was wonderful. When I wasn't sure exactly how many guests would be staying for the bbq Jaspers was very flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any function social or business.

Great Food & Service!. We've used Jasper's BBQ for employee luncheons twice in the last year, and we'll be back for a third! The food is delicious and truly "all-you-can-eat" (and we have some big eaters!) The ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork were all moist and tender, with a sauce for any heat preference and tasty side dishes (try the corn bread - yum!) Paula and Dennis provide friendly, fun, on-time service. Give Jasper's a try for your next event - you won't be disappointed.

Easy, friendly, and delicious!. Jasper's BBQ is my first catering choice for all my events. They're always on time, they bring plenty of great food, and they still manage to keep within my budget. Paula and Dennis are really friendly and accommodating, so working with them is a pleasure.

Most importantly, everyone who attends my events comments on how good the food is, and they keep coming back for seconds. (Me too!)

Excellent food & Great Service. We recently used Jasper's BBQ for a team lunch and had a great experience. They were friendly, easy to work with and delivered a great meal. Jasper?s offers an exceptional value and the food was delicious. The portions were huge and the food never seemed to run out. The meat was hot and fresh and the side items were tasty too! I highly recommend Jaspers when in the mood for BBQ. You won?t be disappointed!!
