I've been there several time to buy their deli meats and have always had rude service. The speak with a rude tone and there is never a smile on their faces. They act as if they are doing the customers a big favor by allowing them to purchase things there (and are disgruntaled because of it).
Pros: good selection of caviar
Cons: rude and slow service

bad unfriendly service; some products were expired , I would not recommend this place to anybody....
