Tips for Phillips Webster PLLC

October 06, 2012

I went to them for disability and my attorney was GREAT!! He returned calls and met with me prior to the hearing and it was obvious he had done his research prior to the case. I did win but even if I had lost I don't believe it was because my atty was not prepared. I will say don't expect any touchy feely from them once the case is over. Not even a call to say congrats you won do you have any questions. Did not hear a word from them. I think that would be a good way to end a case but the main thing is they did their job and I won. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. As for people who complain and say they wouldn't take my case becuz there wasn't enough money in it for them well they are a business after all and if your case is going to involve many hours of work at the end of the day they have to make money to stay in business.

Long on Talk, Short on Production. Phillips Webster should change their names to Dewey, Cheatem & Howe. I had a clear case of liability for an injury sustained in a hospital and they agreed with me. They called me several times to get the same information that I sent them in a comprehensive email letter. It took several days for them to finally decide that there wasn't enough money in the claim to make it worth their while though that wasn't verbatim how they turned me down. I guess their catch phrase, "Justice for You" is crock of crap. When I told them how disappointed I was with their greed, they offered to refer my case to another attorney more oriented toward my type of case and said they would send me the name. That was 2 weeks ago. I guess I won't keep holding my breath on that one either.

God is great and so is my attorney!!. 8/23/2011

I used Phillps Webster and Spencer Parr, Esq. for my disability case. Very friendly, very easy to talk to and discuss your issues with. While my case had been denied twice previously, prior to me coming PW. Mr Spencer Parr, Esq was able to get a settlement from the government, without a hearing, that will literally save my life.

Thanks again!!

Sincerely, Mike Woolsey

;Disability social security. we appreciated the work that spencer Parr did for us.

He talked to us before we finished up the application for disability. Spencer and his team were there for us. They

used e-mail which made it easier to communicate. They let us know what we needed to give them. They checked the paperwork that we sent to disability to see if we needed to reword anything. They sent in some of the paperwork when they were done checking it. They let Social Security know that they were our lawyers.

If we had questions they answered them as soon as they could. They would even call us if they felt the need to do so.

Because of the work they did my husband was able to get disability the first time. They were available for us most of the time. I would recommend Philips and Webster to any one who may need it. They will talk with you and then let you know if they can help. You just need to make sure that you do the work they ask you to do.

Totally impressed with the service.. This has been a very uneasy time for me, not being able to work after 30 plus years and to be faced with the fact that my body has given out yet my mind is still ready to go to work everyday.

When faced with the question if I would even qualify for Social Security Disability. We started checking around to find someone who would be able to answer the questions with accurate answers. We contacted Phillips Webster, they were on the ball, they made us feel so comfortable and to feel that we really had value. When you become disabiled you start to feel like you are less of a person. After we had our initial meeting with our attorney (Spencer Parr) we left feeling that our case was valid. Everytime that we had any questions or concerns we would make a call or stop by the office and we were always welcomed with open arms. When you walk in the door the first impression has always been friendly and helpful.

We totally would recommend PW to anyone who may have legal questions or needing legal representation.

Thank you again.

It is done, Thank you Erin Lane of Phillips Webster. Today has finally come and Passed. The wait was seemingly long, but the Process was made so easy by the entire staff of PW!

Nerves aside, I wish I had listened to the reassurence of the Staff, but most of all Erin Lane attn. @ Law, Time was my enemy not the system.

But today, It was as everyone tried to expalin to me, " few questions" was indeed all at was asked by the trustee

Shoud I ever, god forbid, find myself in such circumstances or any legal issue, I'm calling PW first!

You all saved me, and my six dogs and three cats, I can now care for them without worry. And that gives me great peace of mind.

many Thank yous to be sent around. Stopping here first to share my happiness with the service given by PW.

A delighted,

buz nay

Seeking debt relief and getting it!. I recently lost my job and my home lost almost 50% of its value. I was in a panic about what to do and decided that it would be ok to at least find out what my options were. The people at PW were knowledgeable and polite and supportive. I literally feel that I have a new lease on life now by being able to exercise my constitutional right to seek substantial debt relief. People don't like to talk about this subject much but when push comes to shove, it is advisable that you get help from the pros. Phillips Webster is a reputable firm and can help you see daylight again. I highly recommend them!

Great Law Firm. There is only one law firm I would recommend for legal help. I was in a motorcycle accident and needed knowledgeable and experienced attorneys who gave personal service to their clients and attention to all the details. Phillips Webster will spend all the time necessary so you understand your claim.

Run, don't walk!!!. If someone told me these were used car salesmen instead of a law firm I would have believed them. After asking the same question OVER AND OVER I still didn't have an answer about how much they were going to cost and instead got more and more high pressure salespeople coming in and wanting me to sign and give them money. Some free consultation. Then when I all but told them they suck and I would go home and look up their reviews they starting insulting me. Well guess what PW, you SUCK!!! I'm going back to the small attorney I talked to at first who was very helpful and not rude.

Do Your Research First. Glad we didn't go any further than the free consultation. What a waste of time...very pushy, rude and unprofessional. We called for help & information and they made us feel like a complete idiots. Wouldn't give us a fee quote, just kept asking when we could pay the retainer amount and wouldn't go any further than that. At a second conversation, we asked again what the fee would be and still no answer?....pretty shady if you ask me, not going to do business with a company that won't even quote a fee for their services. Clearly they're all about the money and probably charge way too much anyway. wouldn't of given them 1 star but that was the only way to post a review.
