I bought a Prius from The Green Car Company recently. They were so nice and patient with me. The first car I have purchased in 10 years. They actually allowed me to take it to my mechanic to check it out. My mechanic said it was in great shape!! Further,they charged a very fair price. Susan,you are running a very nice business. Thanks for being so kind. I will be back for service when my warranty expires with the dealer!!
Pros: Very nice people,no pressure,fair prices
Cons: parking is hard!!

This place is a joke, every time I go in there is a new person working. I was thinking maybe they were just hiring some flakes but when managers all the way to lot boys quit, they need to take a look at themselves. There used to be well over 30 people working at the company, last time i went they only had 1 "customer service person" and 1 mechanic at the shop. Some of the employees on the way out have let me know tsome things about what the company is really like, i took it with a grain of salt due to they were mad, but it seems they were right. They didn't "loose a lease" on their old shop, they couldn't afford it anymore due to no return business. Looks like they are going to borrow money until they finally go under. I never get a call back and when i call to ask if my part has came in, the person i ordered it form doesn't work there any more... this place is a total joke.
Pros: only place to get some parts
Cons: only place to get some parts and they take advantage, they are going out of business, don't let them take you down with them.
