Seattle >Rudy's Barber Shop
Thank God!. I have been bouncing from hair joint to hair joint trying to find a good, cheap place to get a haircut...finally I have found my place! I have had 4 haircuts there all by different people and everyone was great! I highly recommend Rudy's and it sure was nice to pop over to Kings for a beer after my cut-
Avoid Nicole B!. If you're looking for a trim or style, go to Heidi or Naph, Nicole is simply a horrible stylist who should stick to buzz cuts until she gets more training. Beware, she may take off more than you ask, not offer to shampoo your hair or even dry it...perhaps to hide her flaws. NEVER AGAIN!
Worst Rudy's EVER!. I have been getting my hair cut at Rudy's (+95% at hte fremont location) for over 10 years.! Not once have I been disappointed with my Doo nor the service. That is until a visited the ballard spot! Terrible cut, rude obnoxious and almost crazy girl working the desk made this the worst hair cut ever.
Get a cut with some kitsch at this nontraditional barber shop in Ballard..
The wall is covered with pictures of models and movie stars, along with posters reminiscent of communist propaganda gone Gen-X. Rudy's is an anomaly in the world of barber shops, but don't let the facade dissuade you. This clean, efficient shop cuts and styles for all generations--from the Pokemon crowd to those old enough for senior discounts. It's also one of the few places in town offering the traditional straight blade shave.
