horrible brazilian wax. I would have given it -1 if there was such a star

Nicole burnt me, literally, she put a hot wax container on the bed between my bended legs and while she told me to turn, I burnt my ankle pretty bad. It was next to impossible not to only get an apology but a refund was a problem. Anna, the owner, could not get into here head that I will simply not cross the threshold of her establishment again.

You MUST go here. I just want to reiterate what some other people have said about Wax On Spa: they rock. I went to InSpa for quite awhile for my need-to-be-hairless issues, but never again. Wax On is clean, friendly, and best of all, virtually painless. I cannot say enough good things about their staff- totally professional and very good at what they do. Just realize the phone might keep ringing during your appointment and you can hear it- a little different, but worth it!

Connie is the Best at Wax On!. I've been going to see Connie for over almost two years now and I just think she's awesome! I felt comfortable from day one (I'm not modest), I've gotten an appointment everytime I've needed it, and she even said she would stay late for me if I ever "needed" her to. She is so sweet and funny and we just talk and talk and the appointment goes by really fast. I totally recommend her to anyone wanting a great brizillain.

They do a great job... if you can actually get a hold of them.. I really do think they do a great job here with waxing and would like to give them 5 stars but it is extremely hard to get a hold of someone. I'd say there is a 3% chance of them actually picking up. Book in advance because several times I have left messages around 10:30am one morning and didn't get a call back until the next day. They need to hire a receptionist to only answer the phones. Right now it seems that they have their estheticians answer the phone but if they are busy with a client it goes into voicemail. It's also annoying to be having a treatment with the phone constantly ringing in the back ground. It would be fine if it rang twice and was then answered by someone but to have it ring seven times before going into voice mail is annoying.

I keep coming back because they do a great job and are very friendly but it feels like such a struggle each time I go to make an appointment.

Fast and Nearly Painless. I had a great experience at Wax On. My Brazilian was quick, nearly painless, and my esthetician made me laugh and relax. I had no idea a Brazilian could be this easy. I'd recommend Wax On to anyone.

The most gentle first brazilian a man could ask for!. I had the pleasure of seeing Helen at Wax On Kirkland recently for my very first ever male brazilian. I have to say that it was a very soothing experience for something I expected to be much more uncomfortable. Helen put me at ease and I never felt self conscious about the experience. The atmosphere of this small yet tasteful waxing spa can't be beat. I will be seeing my favorite waxing "artist" from here on out! Thanks Helen and Thanks Wax On!!!!

Best Wax Ever!. This place isnt kidding when they say they are the "home of the brazilian." I have gone to neumerous other spas for my waxing services, and this was the best experience i've ever had. My esthetician was Sarah, and her technique was on point- nearly painless. Not only that, but she was SO nice, professional, and quick! I would recommend her to any of my girlfriends. A+!

Great place, too bad they don't return calls.. I recently started going to Wax On in Kirkland and was very happy with the facilities (clean & neat), staff (friendly and professional), and quality of the services. On top of that, it's close to my home and work, so it's very convenient. However, something has changed. I've been attempting to make an appointment for a week, and each time I call, I only get the answering machine. I've been calling during their normal business hours and varied the time of my calls. I realize that they "run lean" at this store, so someone is not always available to pick up the phone, but there's no excuse for not returning the messages. I'm going to have to make an appointment elsewhere this time, because I'm getting desparate. I may still go back to Wax On and try again, but if it is this hard to get an appointment again - I'm done.
