I have never rated anything on the internet before but this one I just have too! I started at Oom Yung Doe 8 years ago when I was 47..yes that means that I am now 55 and no one can believe my age at all. They tell me I look and move like I am in my very early 40's. Can you say that about what ever form of "exercise" you do? I be not. I am stronger, more alurt, flexible and calmer than I have ever been and I only see this getting better not worse as I age. I not only know how to defend myself but I also know how to meditate and stay centered in times of trouble. How much would you pay for this. I am not a Microsoftie or in any other high paying job, quite the opposite but Oom Young Doe is worth every penny and I mean every penny I have ever put into it and more. Try it for yourself before you believe someone who knows not of what they say. I did and I am all the better for you.
