Totally Customer Focused!. I found this store after repeatedly having horrible experiences with the UPS Store and FedEx in Redmond, not to mention the interminable lines at the Post Office. The owners and staff at Pony Express are fast and efficient, and their computer system shows mailing rates for UPS, FedEx, USPS and other shippers side-by-side, so you can easily pick the best deal. What I like best is that the owners and staff are so friendly and really know what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dreadful customer service. The woman working there was horrible to me. After a hectic morning getting documents and signatures pulled together, I got to Pony Express 5 minutes before the last FedX pickup, with a set of documents that absolutely had to go out today. Already stressed out, I got there to discover that I didn't have some of the address information I needed. I asked her if they had a computer with internet access so I could look it up, and she said they had one, but that only staff could use it, not customers. I asked her if she could look up an address for me, and she told me no. I had to call a friend, and while he was looking up the address for me, she sat there in the background sniping "FedX is going to be here in 2 minutes, and they WON'T wait." I did get the address from my friend and got my package shipped, but I'll never go there again. I left in tears. My fault for not having the full address, but geez; she had the ability to help a customer who was in a terrible bind, and she refused. What kind of customer service (not to mention human being) was that?

Poor customer service. The staff member talked on her cell phone the entire time I was there and it sounded like a personal call. She got my package sent, but she wasn't very friendly or helpful.

Great Customer Service with a Smile and Family Owned. Friendly Clean and Personal touch family owned great customers service with a smile, serves mailbox rentals and shipping with UPS, Fedex, DHL and USPS

Editorial Review. Shipping one-stop has packaging supplies, a notary, one hour photo and DHL, FedEx, UPS and Airborne Express pickup.
