Talented hair dresser

Amanda rocks.
She does a great job with my hair, both cut and color. I went to her after going to another hair dresser and needed a root touch up. She matched it perfectly and gave me a great cut as well.
While in the hospital for a period of time, Amanda visited me and cut/colored my hair IN THE ROOM.
She is talented and creative - I'm so glad to have found her.
Execellent Stylist and Salon!
by MaryDun at Citysearch
Amanda has been cutting/coloring my hair since last fall. Before Amanda, I had a hairdresser I used for years, who moved away from my area a couple years ago. After she left, I went to 3 or 4 different salons looking for a new hairdresser, including Gene Juarez, but I was never satisfied with the results and didn’t go back. Then I met Amanda through a mutual friend. I have found a home at last! Amanda is one of those rare people who intuitively know what style/color will be most becoming to a person, and she is an expert at cuts and color…I have never (even with my old hairdresser I used for years) received so many compliments on my hair as I have since going to Amanda these past several months. A huge plus: the cuts grow out beautifully and I never feel like I don’t look my best, even 5 or 6 weeks after a cut/color. Amanda is a rare find; I’ll be sticking with her as long as she lets me.

WOW! Best Salon in Seattle!
by Claudia K at Citysearch
Amanda's Touch of Color Salon in the best in Seattle bar none! She listens to you and then creates a masterpiece with your hair. She does not rush you out the door. Since I found Amanda, I have not gone anywhere else. She took my hair and turned it around - keeping my look professional and age appropriate, while keeping it fun too! (I looked like way too old when I went in and came out looking 20 years younger)
The salon is a friendly place, prices are great, parking is free and it's near U Village - so make a day of it.
Once you try Amanda's you won't want to go anywhere else - seriously, give her a call! You will be amazed at all the compliments you get when she does your hair...
- Pros: Fantastic colors and cuts! Easy Parking
Truly talented hair and color professional

I have had many mediocre or disappointing results with color and hair, never finding the right fit throughout the years. I finally went to see Amanda on a recommendation of a good friend after I noticed a change in her hairstyle and commenting on how good it looked.
I have never looked back! Amanda was able to cut, color and style my hair so beautifully. The color, especially was masterfully done to bring out my features. I have never received so many compliments and requests on who cuts my hair. I wish I had found her sooner! It's now been a few years. Even when I can't get to her for a few weeks, my hair still looks great even after it has long outgrown the cut. I take this to be a sign of a good stylist and good choice of cut. Even the way she colors is forgiving when it grows out and I'm not able to get to the salon.
- Pros: passionate about color

I grasp at good creative style, while she creates; I have followed Amanda for 7 years. always content with various color and cut appointments ~ ongoing inertia towards the right place, in the hair sphere, is appreciated ~ thank for this guidance Amanda!
