Worse than Comcast!.
When I was thinking of switching over to Clearwire I was in the middle of applying to college in Portland. I specifically asked the sales person if they had service in Portland and he said yes.
He LIED. They do not have service in Portland and now Clearwire says that I have to pay the cancellation fee.
The people I talked to at clearwire about this have been rude and shaddy, and best yet, I have to pay for a months service that I am not using because I called them the day after my account was charged and "they had not received the modem from me yet."
At least when Comcast messes up they do not charge you over $100 for their mistake.
