Great company and great technician that I got. They helped us out with an emergency and were on time.

Good value for the money and you do get what you pay for. In this case they got our company back on our server promptly and saved us a TON of down time.

I highly recommend this company.

Example: great place for good breadDo not go there!. First, Joshua was late 45 min and even did not apologize. It appeared the least of the troubles. First, he charged me for the travel while it has not been mentioned when I made an appointment. Second - he left antivirus runnung and told me that after it finishes everything will be fine. My computer did not want to work after that at all! So I cleaned some software Josh installed and got at least response from the computer. However, few system files were still damaged and I contacted Joshua to fix it. He promised to come and take it for 1 day to the shop not to spend MY TIME. What happened next - after many calls he finally came to the door without calling ahead and got the computer saying that it should be very easy to fix and will not take long. Next day it will be ready. I started calling 2 days later. Every day, then several times a day. Twice I was able to talk. I heard promisses to be called back "later today". Never got those calls. 5 days later - again. Joshua promised to call me back and never did. I left many messages on his multiple business numbers. I guess, next step will be - to go to police.

Please, be aware. Do not use this company!

Best computer, network and server service company we have found to date!. Amazing Company!

They are so skilled and efficient, they answered our technical computer questions on the phone (in plain english!) and 'our technician' arrived promptly, asesed the situation with our Server and Network, quickly resolved our serious network issues.

They even setup a new computer system, integrated macintosh computer onto our windows server 2003 and solved a variety of windows xp issues.

We highly recommend this company for all of your computer and network service needs.

They will save you lots of money that arises from lost wages and lost business due to computer downtime.

WORST COMPUTER TECH EVER!!!!. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The guy basically stole my computer. He claimed that he needed to take it to his office (which doesn't actually exist the address takes you to a UPS store in kirkland), but he refused to return my calls to get the computer or return it for 2 days. It wasn't until the cops had to be called that I was finally given my computer back. And now it wont open files. Even with this horrible experience he still charged me, and way more than what should have been had to be paid.
