Great Service And Kind Staff All Under One Roof.. I have been to Progressive Tech on three different occasions for three separate computer problems. Each and every time the problem has been diagnosed quickly and I have been given options as to what would help my computer run more efficiently.This included changing my internet security system so that my computer would stop crashing, adding more memory to optimize speed as well as help with a couple of user related problems. All of that for a nominal price and great vibes from the staff to boot.

A++++ Service - I am sold for life. This is hands down the best computer repair business in the Northwest! My wife has a home business that is dependent upon a data base buried inside a 2 year old compaq laptop. The laptop crashed on a Thursday night. I brought the laptop down to Progressive Tech Friday morning at 10 am. They had the problem diagnosed by 1pm, solution suggested and resolved by 10am the following day. I am sold for life with these friendly, helpful and knowledable professionals. A++++ Service! Gunner

Polite and smart service. There are at the least several computer experts who are not only smart but polite. The mangagement has grown into a user friendly group. They reply to questions and are concerned in a polite and helpful manner. 'There is always some one available to assist when the office is busy. Beyond thier set prices they are willing to negotiate. And is located in an area with a variety of shopping such as whole foods and Bartells.

Loss Data - unpleasant customer experience. Recently, my laptop was on the fritz. I decided to drop it off at ProgressiveTech Seattle (U-Dist) to have it checked out. It turns out, laptop repairs were more costly then anticipated. Instead, I decided to have the Technicians back-up the laptop's data to my personal Hard-Drive at a reasonable price. A week later, after the back-up was complete, I tried accessing the data only to find it was not back-up correctly. I returned the personal Hard-Drive to ProgressiveTech to have their technicians re-examine the issue. An hour later, the Technicians confirmed that the data was not backed-up correctly. According to ProgressiveTech's manager, however, they were not liable for the lost data. In the end, not only did I lose the service fee paid to ProgressiveTech, and all data from my laptop, but I was also blamed for the lost data. Needless to say, it was a horrible customer experience that I hope no one else has to endure.

Outstanding customer service. They fixed my initial problem quickly and were very helpful with a followup issue. Very friendly people too. I would definitely use them again.

Well done work and speedy too!. I drove my laptop to Progressive at my lunch hour. Before I made it back to my office they had called with a diagnosis and within 24 hours it was fixed and ready for pick up. My computer needed an exorcism and these guys de-Linda Blaired it quickly and with little carnage. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

Top Notch all around!. My Windows based PC had a mass amount of infections that caused a mass amount of headaches and stress. These dudes fixed it fast ( less than a day) and clean. They were very respectful to me and took time to explain what they were going to do and why they needed to do what they did. I am telling all my friends and family about the teatment I received and how amazing they were.

Honest and reliable service!. We were so lucky to find Progressive Tech. Recently our laptop died and 20 years of my boyfriend's precious artwork seemed all but lost. Rich told us the hard drive had failed but he was able to retrieve everything and replace the hard drive. We are so greatful for the fast service and for being kept informed throughout the process. It was a happy day when Martin called to say the data recovery was 100% successful!! Being able to choose the hourly rate you want to pay depending on how fast you need your computer fixed is a great idea! We will definitely be back next time we have computer issues!!

Great Service, Great Price!!!. I had DELL desktop that would shut down during boot up. I took it to Progressive Tech for a consult to see if it could be resurrected.

They found out that the motherboard was fried. I did not have a budget for new desktop. Progressive Tech offered to find me another DELL desktop and install my hard drive on this replacement DELL. For under 200 dollars, Progressive Tech gave me a computer almost identical to my old one, with my current hard drive, so that I do not have to configure or install any programs. They also gave me a great deal to install extra memory in this computer.

These guys are helpful, professional and know what they are doing. They provided a great costumer experience and I am very impressed with their service. I would recommend this outfit to any person looking to fix/troubleshoot an existing windows machine!!

Best service I've experienced. I had a hard drive failure, and after reading reviews for local and Seattle-based computer repair, I decided to go with Progressive Tech. I'm so glad I did! Very fast service and very friendly, and offered a great rate. Although I'm a little farther away (Tacoma-area) it was definitely worth the drive for the great service, compared to the other businesses that received mediocre/poor reviews! Thank you so much!
