We are a team of professionials whose sole purpose in our Bothell Small Business Community is to nurture & support our fellow Owners by providing them with the information, tools, and resources necessary to achieve the greatest success. However, when we contacted Al, we were met with skepticism, followed by hostility and a hang-up in our ears. This was very unpleasant. It is not our normal practice to take this kind of abuse personally, but his attitude was atrocious and unbecoming. In protecting and promoting the supportive community we belong to, we feel that the public should be aware of this incident, before interacting with him or his business.

Helpful, dependable, and fair!

I have worked with Al a few times in the past two years, and he is professional, kind, and efficient. They are prompt and responsible, and I call them anytime I have a need! The pricing is also honest and fair, which I appreciate. I don't worry about plumbing problems - I know who to call! I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
