Hideous Haircut by Tiffany Lowry at Red X Hair Studio. Tiffany Lowry at Red X Hair Studio doesn't even deserve one star. I was going to her for several months and I really tried to make it work because her haircuts were cheap. You certainly get what you pay for. I thought the cuts would get better once she became more familiar with my hair. They actually got worse. I have to say that she really doesn't know how to cut hair. I got the worst haircuts from her. They were always chopped up and uneven. This last haircut was the worst. She cut out a 3 inch section of hair on the left side of my head. Now my bob has a big chunk of missing hair (see photo, and this is after it's grown out for a month). It looks hideous and all I can do is wait for it to grow back out which will take months. Stay clear of Tiffany Lowry or you'll be sorry too.
