Great Karaoke. A group of us attending a Microsoft conference met up for Karaoke. We had a great time singing, playing pool, and drinking. I'm sure we will be back next year!

Will not try again. I've tried this place three times and the service is so terrible I can't believe it is still open. There are happy hour menus on the table which would lead you to believe a server might come take an order. The first time I was there, someone did get our food and drink orders, but didn't return once we had our food. The food is sub-par. I don’t think they have a kitchen, just re-heating abilities. The second time I went we sat there for 10 minutes before we left. The place was nearly empty and there were two or three employees who were chatting but never acknowledged us. The last time I went we had to go to the bar for drinks, although one table did have a server attending to them. The staff isn't friendly. It seems like they have friends who hang out there (who probably wrote the good reviews) that they talk to instead of taking orders or checking on their patrons. I wanted to like this place because it is such a good location for my big group to meet for happy hour, but the service is such a joke it isn’t worth it.…
