The best Julep location. Amazing services and the cleanest sterilized manicures in the city. It doesn't even smell like a nail salon, and it's great to go with a friend because you can sit together.

Do not waste your time here. Go to Gene Juarez. I recently visited Seattle for business, I do this every 2-3 months, and I came to Julep nail parlor on 5th Ave with a client of mine. Not only was our pedicure outrageously expensive, it was also not up to par at all. The nail techs were polite and pleasant, however the service was decent. I paid the extra $12 for myself and my client for

the "extra massage", which neither or us received. Not to mention our "massage" lasted a total of maybe 5 minutes together for both legs. Wow! $86 dollars for a pedicure? WOW!!!!!!!!!! I should have just stuck to going to Gene Juarez were their pedicures are not only less expensive, but also a lot more professional, relaxing, and worth my money and review.

Great nail service, not so for waxing. First of all, I would highly reccommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails done! The decor, atmosphere, and techs are wonderful.

Because of my great experience with nails & facials here, I decided to try getting a Brazilian. They were the cheapest around! The esthetician made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! The only downside was that the Brazilian was not complete, I had a lot of broken hairs, and was left with a lot of sticky wax everywhere. I've had many Brazilian waxes in the past, so I'm pretty sure I know what is "acceptable" and what is not.

My waxing experience is the only disappointment I've had so far with this company, so they still get 4 stars!

Also, depending on the staff that day, reception can either be really sweet or somewhat rude! I once waited for 10 minutes to pay-one of the receptionists was getting her nails done right there, yet she did not say anything like "we'll be with you in a moment," nor did she attempt to get the attention of the other receptionist. I assume she was off shift, however, it shows a real lack of caring on her part.

Lovely place. Great ideas, lovely people, the products are as natural as they can be, sanitation is a priority. Take your friends, become a member. What a treat :)

loved it. Went to Julep to get our nails done before a wedding...there were 6 of us, everything was on time, services were amazing, and two months later my polish is starting to chip. So worth it!

Best facial I've ever had. My husband bought me a facial and pedicure gift certificate "Beautiful Head to Toe" and I loved every part my visit. I've had lotos of facials, and I was skeptical that the organic ingredients would be as effective, but I was wrong! My face was soft days later. And my pedicurist was lovely, not overly chatty, and my pedicure lasted over a month. I'm coming back with my sisters when they come to town.

Love the new membership program. I just started coming back to Julep because of the new membership program - great prices that let me get more services. The eyebrow waxing deal is great, and my pedicures from Julep always last way longer than other places.

Professional, high quality service and great atmosphere. In my opinion the whole experience at Julep is absolutely worth the price! True, you can save a few dollars going elsewhere but if you are looking for a professional service, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere - I recommend this place. A nice touch was that I also got a drink and a chocolate during the service. And yes, they also have services for men :)

Nothing Special. I feel the same as what others have experienced. Pricey for what you get. You go in with high expectations hoping and feeling excited you're going to be pampered for an hour, but big disappointment. Feel rushed and uneasy, like they just can't wait to get you out of there because you're interrupting their time, even though you're paying for that time. I've had super pampering from foot spa's for a fraction of their price and in gorgeous surroundings if that's what you want. Save your money if you have any sense or just waste it if you just want to go there to be seen!

Atmosphere nice, nail polish didn't last. Went to Julep upon recommendation from a friend. The receptionist was nice and friendly and my service started on time. I liked the decor and the open floor plan, very nicely done. I didn't care for the limited selection of their own polish. A few days later it started peeling (as in maybe applied too thick). I did like that they sent you home with the file and there was parking in the building. I do feel that for the price, I should've left saying, "Wow! I can't wait to tell everyone how awesome Julep is" but I don't.
