Tips for Edible Arrangements

Save your money and do not support this business.

My family ordered an arrangement to be delivered on May 17. The fruit bouquet was not received, so I called Edible Arrangements in Mill Creek. The employee, Katie, said it wasn't delivered because the recipient turned it down and the driver would return the next day (May 18). At this point, it was the driver's word against our family friend's as to what happened. I told her I expected accountability of at least having a name of whom the driver talked to since it could have been anyone. Would I be held to pay for a delivery to the wrong location? I asked if I could cancel the order at this point because a delivery of May 18 is not what I had ordered and paid for and the employee said no and accused me of calling the company liars.

I talked to the owner of the store, Heidi, after contacting the corporate team. As I started to explain my side of the story, she interrupted and said, "I've already heard this before." When I asked for accountability, she said, "This has never happened in the 6 years I've worked here." On Yelp, there are at least 2 other users specifically addressing this owner's insulting attitude and her store.

In addition to her lack of accountability, Heidi made rude and insensitive comments about my mother's English speaking abilities, which I think is culturally inappropriate and Heidi should have exercised cultural sensitivity. She also did not apologize about her employee's accusation until I prompted her. Heidi had no plans to improve the lack of accountability or poor customer service, nor did she offer me a refund.

Edible Arrangement held no accountability on an order my mother paid $130 for. I am contacting the BBB for further action.

Not worth the money. We were really looking forward to surprising the in-laws with a beautiful arrangement of tasty fruit for Thanksgiving. After spending nearly $100 for a "medium" sized bouquet of mixed fruit skewered above a pumpkin-esqe vase, we were hugely disappointed in the appearance and mostly the flavor of this arrangement. As directed, we took the arrangement apart shortly after the underwhelmed presentation to store the fruit in refrigerated Tupperware. The first morning we tasted the fruit, everyone was quite disappointed in the staleness and lack of flavor in the fruit. I would never recommend this approach to anyone trying to please a host or for that matter any purpose. Save your money - buy a Costco Del Monte fruit bowl and have over $50 bucks left in your pocket.
