When I entered I was greeted by name. I paid and was taken back right away. The room very relaxing and Sue was wonderful. I had some neck and shoulder pain and limited range of motion in my neck when I walked in due to tightness of my muscles I left there with no pain and had the best nights sleep in a very long time!

Don't get your eyebrows waxed!. I have been to the Redmond In Spa and the Mill Creek In Spa and never had a problem. This time the Estheticians cut my hair! Apparently she had got some wax in my hair and didn't say anthing to me and cut my hair before I knew it. Bad, Bad, Bad! It wasn't the usual lady I get my eyebrows waxed from-she was out due to haveing surgery, but I won't go back.

It's What I'd Expect for the Price. I've used InSpa for their massage and maincure/pedicure treatements.

I think the no-tipping policy is really down-to-earth, and the prices don't seem to reflect that you're paying for your tip in the service; really decent prices.

The girls are professional. They seemed aware that I was there to relax, and didn't bother me with a lot of chit-chat. The receptionist was friendly and didn't push products or future services, which is a plus. Appointments were on time.

The spa setting could be a little more plush. If they upgrade the environment a bit, I'd give 5 stars.
