Stay Away!. I emailed about any openings for the following day. After I received an email stating that they had an opening due to a cancelation, I called to confirm the time slot. When I arrived the next day for my appointment, I was given intake forms to fill-out while I waited. That person then left the building. It was 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment when another therapist, Teri, emerged from one of the treatment rooms. She then finished up with that client then proceeded to have a lengthy phone conversation although I was waiting patiently for my now late appointment to begin. After being ignored for a few more minutes, I had to leave. They wasted 35 minutes of my time (not including driving times) and didn't seem to care. It was my only day off and I had to leave in pain and without being massaged. They were completely unprofessional.
