Review: A year ago - August 2011 - I came to Del Torro after seeing on the internet that they had some very good inventory priced at highly competative prices. I was on a very limited budget and I knew that I had to get a car with some years and miles on it. I was nervous that I would be pressured and end up with a car that would break down immediately.

My experiance at Del Torro couln't have been more opposite of that. My sales representative Oscar Cruz treated me with respect and patience. There was no, NO pressure and he helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. I was excited to drive it home right away, but he refused to let me have it until he had it COMPLETELY detailed inside and out. It was shining like a new penny, and inside it was immaculate and almost smelled like a new car, pretty damn good for a car that was over 9 years old. My car has been running perfectly and I might love it more now than I did then. Thanks Del Torro, thanks Oscar.

Sucks so bad!!!!!!!. This place is such a rip off. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They will try to sell you a piece of crap WAY way over priced, and pressure you hoping you will give in. They will do or say ANYTHING to sell you a car but none of them are any good at all! Nothing but junk!! Go somewhere else.

If you buy here you will regret it, trust me!!!!!

Funny how they sign in to respond to the bad reviews to give themselves 5 stars to boost their rating..... LAME.

Del Toro Auto Sales. Hugo is the Man! I called him on a Sunday night because I was in desperate need of a car and on Monday morning I was driving away with a Sweet 2005 Saturn. He was so pleasant to work with and he bent over backwards for me. I did not have good credit but he still treated me with the utmost respect and put me in a vehicle that I could be proud to drive. I have recommended him to all of my military friends and family. I totally trust him!

worst car dealership in the state.. Car shoppers beware. We all want a shiny new car, and want it now. Sometimes .... it's much better to step back and think about what the hell you are doing? Am I buying a lemon at 25 or 30 percent interest? Will you be able to fix your piece of crap car when it breaks down? Because it will.. It maybe shiny on the outside but underneath she is a dirty dirty nasty girl that you shouldn't even think about bringing home !!! Go somewhere ELSE.. Oh and in there reviews... Bruce White Raves about his new car and thanks them... Bruce White Works there!!!

liars. i put $400 down on a car so i could put it on hold and come down there the next week to pay the rest and buy it.

they sold the car anyways and gave me a BS story about how the car got into an accident by one of the managers.

it took me 2 weeks and several phone calls to get my money back. every time i called about my money refund it was the same story "we refunded it two days ago and it should be in your account by tomorrow"

They really wanted to help me get what I wanted.. These guys are really friendly and seem to want to really help the customer to get what they want. The service is really personalized and like I said before, they are friendly and even though they couldn't take in my trade, I left the car on consignment and ended up selling it and getting more money, which I didn't know I could do. Very cool.
