There is a lot of pain in this dojo (but it is worth it!).
I have never been able to maintain a steady workout routine until I signed up for the X Gym. It is the total package (fitness, nutrition, and motivation).
I don't miss my appointments and I look forward to the 20 minutes. After the sessions you will feel like the karate kid when Mr. Miyagi made him wax all those cars. But it is ONLY 20 min, which is great because I don't prefer prolonged agony.
If this gym had a song it would be "Your'e The Best" by Joe Esposito.

X Gym is as good as it gets for personal training. Get in, get your butt kicked and get out in 20min, twice a week. Who has time to go to the gym everyday for an hour anyway?
Oh yeah, and get results. Booyah.
The best personal training I've ever found!. The X Gym is a great place to workout. I've tried other personal trainers, but none give me as much as advice on nutrition, cardio, and weights as the X Gym does. The workouts are amazingly hard, but EFFECTIVE! It really is a very unique experience, so going and trying it is the best way to evaluate it. You get (at least, depending on different promotions) one free workout, so go try it out... it's awesome!

Great trainers with a thorough knowledge of exercise and nutrition. There's an emphasis on "brain-training" that actually allows you to change your attitudes and stay in shape for life.
