Found Moe's in Tukwila two months ago and loved the variety and layout of their showroom. COLORS! Finally a store that actually carries furniture in glorious, vibrant color! I bought the most amazing couch and club chair and a fantastic metal and wood shelf on casters that looks like it just came out of an old warehouse. If you want something different, please do not miss this store.

Decent Selection and a Fair Price. Having to commute from Whidbey Island to downtown Seattle now I decided to get an apartment to use during the week. I needed to furnish it on a tight budget but wanted decent furniture. Enter Moe's. They have a pretty good selection considering they are downtown. The only drawback is some of the items need to be ordered. But, shipping is pretty quick and delivery was timely with little stress. I've had the furniture for about four months and haven't had any issues with breakage or anything so I'm a satisfied customer.

Moe's is my new store. I won?t lie, I am a disciple of Ikea. I cannot tell you how many of the things in our home were purchased there. That being said, I have recently discovered Moe?s Home Collection in Seattle and I may have been converted. Great prices and a superb selection, I didn?t know I needed a new sectional, but when I saw their ZUO sectional on sale, I figured we could get rid of our older moth-eaten sectional in the basement. Good buys, good selection and all-around good guys.

Avoid this store at all costs. I am a retailer and required to go to the wholesale markets for product. I have seen Moe's wholesale showroom a few times. They has always had a widely known reputation for poor selection, unable to complete orders in time, and general poor quality. Well I was near the SoDo store and was curious to see how their retail showroom was like. It was just the same as their wholesale showroom. Accessories that I had seen in their wholesale showroom 5 years ago! Obviously they don't try to get new items. The furniture wasn't much better! Beds in microfiber that wasn't even properly upholstered but velcroed together! Cracked , poorly constructed and designed casegoods! Barstools and counterstools not at the standard heighth. I looked at a chair leather club chair and it wobbled horribly. The sales manager told me it was the uneven floor that caused this. I can tell when an upholstery frame is warped and didn't appreciate the attempt at deceiving me. And the sales they had were ridiculous compared to other retailers. Most places are doing 25% or more off on items. Not here, I saw a sign for 10%. Thats a little more than tax! This store is truly pointless. Why shop at this place when you can save a few more bucks and get a wider selection in styles and fabrics at Ikea.

Moe Should be ashamed. I bought a table from the SoDo store three months ago. Its cracking and separating at the joints. Its beyond the return policy so I'm stuck with this piece of furniture thats falling apart on its own. I'm also think its extremely tacky to be exploiting Buddhist philosophy in advertising for the owners financial and egotistical gains! I also don't appreciate how one of the glowing reviews came from someone at moeshome. I regret having ever gone into this store and being stupid enough to purchase a table there. Shop someplace else for quality and style, cause its not here!

Never go to Moe's Home Collection in Vancouver - the worst experience ever. Don't go to Moe's Home Collection in Vancouver BC!

We had the most unpleasant experience ever. Ordered a bed, paid for it in full, were told it would take 3 weeks till it gets delivered. Heard nothing for over a month, phoned and were told the BED WAS ALREADY DELIVERED. They checked again and then said that actually the bed hadn't arrived. One month later they phoned and left a message saying that the bed arrived and we were supposed to phone back to arrange for delivery. We did but I asked them if I could see the bed before it gets delivered as they said that if the bed is damaged in any way, it is between the delivery company and us. They inspect the bed before it gets delivered so they are not responsible for any defect or damage. Who believed them?

They said it is ok to inspect the bed but we should phone 10 minutes in advance so that they have the bed on the floor for us. Phoned a number of times and they just avoided a straight answer. Finally, one lady said it is ok to go.

SURPRISE, we got there and were told by the assistant to the manager that actually, THE BED HADN'T ARRIVED. Imagine our frustration. He didn't even believe that actually we were told the bed arrived.

I am not making this up. It's like a bad joke but it was real.

We made a scene and they invited us out of the store as other customers were listening. In the end, they gave us a refund but what a sour taste....

Be Careful. I went to this store thinking what a great find...Well I did buy hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise and took it all home. I did have to return a couple of window panels that were too dark for my room. Unfortunately I missed the 10 DAY return policy by 2 days but thought I could at least exchange for store credit. NO was what I was told by the manager. She explained that there was NOTHING she could do for me but gave me an email address to someone at corporate. I EMAILED THEM BUT NEVER GOT A RESPONSE so my advice would be DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU'RE UNSURE OF. It will NOT be a pleasant experience. I know I'll never shop there again.

What a Find!. I had been searching for a new dining table and chairs for months. I had been everywhere in the city and found nothing I liked that was within by budget...Heading back from a Mariner's game down in Sodo, I happened to stop in at Moe's- WOW-what a find! Moe's is what I have been searching for...contemporary and small scale furniture that IS reasonably priced! I came back that week and found the perfect dining table-(dark finish,simple design) plus I was able to afford 6 leather dining chairs! A huge bonus for me was that I could take it all home with me that day-All the items at Moe's are in-stock at the store. The warehouse guys wrapped everything so well (it was raining) and loaded all my furniture into my vehicle. I have to say, that after searching for so long and finding Moe's on a whim - I am even more pleased with my furniture.

Huge Selection in SODO. I found this place when i was checking the SODO shopping district. They have a huge amount of furniture. The place is the size of a warehouse, but is finished and seems almost intimate. I am not an expert but the furniture seems very high in quality. There just seems to be a lot of furniture pieces that you can use as your "building point" for style.

New furniture store in SoDo. I always loved to shop at Moe's Home Collection when I went up to Vancouver, BC to visit. But I just discovered that now I can shop Moe's anytime I want...they just opened a new store in SoDo. The store is very large and open. Moe's features contemporary furniture -beds, dining tables, leather and alot of sectionals. All the merchandise is instock so you don't have to special order or wait.... I just bought a new leather club chair there and took it with me that day-so nice. Also check out Moe's for unusual accessoires- they get new merchandise in all the time -I always see something I have to have!
