great food, but don't fill it to much. We have been to this restaurant about 10 times, you take a bowl and fill it with the differant ingrediants of your choice. All ingrediants are fresh and clean.You have a veriety of choices, vegeatables, noodles, sauces, ect. Your masterpiece is then fryed on a grill until just right. served with steamed rice and beverage of your choice. (At an addisional charge). the only problem we have found is, DO NOT OVER FILL YOUR BOWL. We were told the last two times, that we need to take less. this last time, it was stated " if everyone filled there bowl like that, we would be out of buisness." at $7.95 for a large bowl, i'm going to fill it. The real problem was when 5 other folks came thru, there bowls were fuller then ours, not one word was said to them. Sooooo, the food is great, tasty, and fresh. just be awear of the oreintal lady with the hat on, who asks you what type of meat you want. She might say, " next time don't fill it so much."
