HORRIBLE!! I should've read the reviews first! My friend went in for a fill and they did them way too thin & crooked. They took 45 minutes to get the shellac off of my nails and by then my fingers were SOOOO SORE I couldn't even get them filed or painted! They charged me $10 to take the shellac off even though it said $5 on the sign!! They were talking crap about us the entire time too and other customers, my friend speaks their language and responded to them while we were leaving, I think that shocked them. Horrible customer service, horrible reviews, and horrible prices.

Great customer service. My daughter and I went here for the first time today. The salon is clean, sanitary and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We didn't have appointments and we both wanted full sets put on. I think our wait was about 1 minute.

Our nails were done to perfection. The gentleman that did my nails..I believe to be the owner even told us about one of his salons that would be closer to where we live, if we wanted to go there in the future.

He did a wonderful job, very gentle and took his time. I haven't seen that in a long time, that is one of the reasons I stopped having my nails done. I have to say I was impressed I will go back to Tulip's Nails for my fill
