Service not good. wham bam thankyoumam type of place.

I was sold like i was on a used car lot, with "the sale ending tonight" Didn't even bother to adjust the 'tool' strength the same every time.

On the good side... you will get a reassuring phone call the evening you sign on the dotted line.

Dr. Maxwell Rocks but she has moved. After several years, I am still happy with my service here. I pray I never get rear ended again. If I do, I will follow Dr. Melinda Maxwell to the ends of the earth.

She moved, the above address has been sold. I see her in Newcastle now. Worth the trip over the bridge for me.

What can you say about someone who saves your life? No better could be found than Dr. Maxwell!. I was in a serious accident twelve years ago. Since then I have needed constant care and have really gotten compassionate treatment from Dr. Melinda Maxwell. She always lifted my spirit with her cheery attitude. When I could no longer work at my job because of my injuries, she used her wide contacts to help me find other work.

Her staff made the paperwork easy. They were always polite. A life changing injury doesn't just change the person, it changes everyone in your family. Dr. Maxwell spoke with everyone around me and helped with their adjustment as well as mine.

So, it isn't just me recommending her. I represent all the friends, business comrades, contacts, etc. that I referred to her. They were to a person, happy. She is fast, efficient and she and everyone on her staff cares about your recovery-more than I can say for most places. When I have the time, I drop in for massage because I know she has exceptional people.

Let me say, I am not an easy patient. I was devastated at my injury, had trouble with my lawyer, the person who ran into me was a recent immigrant w/o English skills or insurance. It was bleak as it could be and throughout it Dr. Maxwell took the time to really encourage me. If you want that level of physical and emotional care, check it out. I cannot say enough.
