top-notch customer service

I've been into this store twice. I have been so impressed by the employees' expertise and the attention they pay their customers. They really know everything there is to know about feet and are committed to finding you a shoe that truly fits. The woman who helped me today has worked there for eight years.

Last time I didn't buy anything, and the sales person was friendly and didn't apply any pressure-- I really appreciated that after having had the opposite experience in a different shoe store recently.
