Caffé Vita is a certified organic coffee roaster and they brew over two dozen fair-trade varieties from around the world by hand on vintage equipment. Each blend or Farm Direct coffee is unique and complex, with beans coming from Central and South America, Africa and Indonesia. The Americano and drip coffees are favorites here, especially the Theo blend (resulting from a partnership with Theo Chocolate), a coffee with hints of vanilla and smoky spices and undertones of dark chocolate. Each location has a distinctly mellow, Seattle feel and has become a neighborhood hangout thanks to the free Wi-Fi, multiple working spaces and commitment to showcasing local artists and promoting community events.…
