Bar food, fun and firefighters are what this Pioneer Square bar is all about.. In Short
This brick and tin building is a celebration of firefighters locally and around the world with hoses, old gear and patches tacked up on every available wall. The bar is pretty standard for Pioneer Square, but the restaurant stands out with a full breakfast menu. Lunch and dinnertime feature burgers of all sorts, but the peanut butter burger is the star of the show.
