Missing Marzi. I was a client of Marzi's for many many years in San Diego. I can honestly say, I have not had a GOOD haircut since she moved to Seattle. Absolutely NOBODY can compete with Marzi. If you are looking for great color and an edgy look that will get you tons of compliments.. Marzi is the person to see!

Now if only I could kidnap her back to San Diego!

5 stars for Marzi. Sign me up for Marzi's fan club. As others have stated, you will get many compliments on your hair. Marzi has a way of kicking the style up a notch into something special, but still basic in terms of care. Excellent color, too. I have been to salons all over the north end and generally get competent color and styling. But Marzi is special.

Marzi is the best!. I also followed Marzi from her old salon. To say that I love to change my hair color is an understatement! Prior to going to Marzi I tried salons in every price range in and around Seattle and never found anyone that came close to coloring and cutting my hair as well as she does. She asks each time what we are going to do and is willing to suggest new things or stay with the same color/style. Also, Tonic has such a wonderful atmosphere! The other stylists are very pleasant and the owner is not only interesting but friendly!

Marzi is the answer!. I started seeing Marzi while she was at her old salon and I followed her to the new establishment, Tonic. She's an amazing stylist, and very proficient since she actually listens to what you want. Unlike many stylist out there, she is not trying to experiment with your hair; she pays attention to what you like and adds her touch to it. I am a person that is very high maintenance when it comes to hair cuts so I could have low maintenance hair that looks good without spending any time on it, and Marzi definitely give me what I want.

Marzi Has Moved. Marzi Mezzanotti has moved to Tonic Salon. Now, Marzi's incredible talent with both cut and color is showcased in a lovely salon. Marzi is wonderful designer and this move makes it so every minute spent in her chair is a joy.

The first time I went to Marzi (at the old salon) I was very nervous because I was growing out several tragic cuts. Marzi takes the time to confer with her clients and makes sure they have a mutual understanding of what is wanted and what can be accomplished. Marzi never leaves her clients waiting and her services are quick without being rushed. I was a dedicated client after that first cut, then I had her do my color, too. Wow. I was happy to follow her to Tonic Salon. The only reason not to go to Marzi is if you don't like strangers telling you how great your hair looks. I have people stop me at least once a week-- it's looking that good.

Tonic is a great little salon- it is like slipping into a chocolate bar- inviting, comforting, tasteful and a real treat.

Tonic. This is a new salon on the border of Wedgewood, Laurelhurst, and University Village on 55th. Parking is easy.

Great Salon. I was referred to Andrea by a friend a few years ago and she has been cutting and coloring my hair since! She always gives me great ideas and really listens to how I want my hair to look....and she is such a talented stylist that she always delivers! I refer all my friends to Andrea at Tonic! Thanks Andrea!!!
