Smells like leather. I have been coming into this store regularly since it opened last year. I just L-O-V-E the way it smells in there (like leather!) and how cool the sales staff is about letting me just look at everything in my own time. Ask any question about the designers or the bags, and they'll tell you what you want to know. And if they don't know, they'll find out. There is always a great selection, cool colors and shapes and bags you just will not find anywhere else in the city. Sometimes you can find the same bags online but if you are a serious handbag lover, there's just no beating getting to touch and feel the bag before you buy. I'd sooner buy here and know exactly what I'm getting than to buy online from some big anonymous site.

And to make matters even better, I just found out the other day that Clutch is now offering a layaway plan. There goes my Christmas budget! Kudos to Clutch, a really great Seattle boutique.

Really gorgeous handbags. I had been looking everywhere for the latest Linea Pelle bag in whiskey and found it here. But they had so many handbags I haven't seen anywhere else I almost left with something totally different than I went in for. Seriously: such a nice collection. Plus, the owner really seemed to know her handbags. She talks about where the handbags are crafted, told me all about different processes that make the bags special, plus she's met a lot of the designers. The whole store is gorgeous. I already know the next bag I'm getting.

Amazing Bags, Great service. I went in here to buy my wife a handbag because she is a bag nut. Kimberly had a great selection and she walked me through everything and helped me pick a great bag (totally forgetting the name of the designer - but my wife loved it).

OVER PRICED. overpriced! i found the same purses online for half the price with free shipping. i would do some research before buying in the store. is nice to have the store to feel and see the purses but i would recommend buying your next big purchase online.

i was in my athelic clothes after a work out and heading home thought i browse through the store but the sales lady at the store was rude and just because i look like someone not in designer clothes i didn't get treated as nice as the lady next to me all decked out in GUCCI or what not.

i will not recommend shopping at this store. i also filed a complaint to the BBBeau. they're not even a member of the BBBureau. shame shame shame! maybe they're vacationing with all the profit from us.
