I recently went to Carolann Joy Salon for a few reasons. I needed a hair change, and my eyebrows waxed. (I had been trying to go red for awhile at my old salon and I was never satisfied when I left) I wanted to go back to a brunette with lighter pieces around my face. My colorist was Molly and she did a FANTASTIC job, I was so pleased with my color! I also needed a haircut and Kimberly was my stylist for that! I hadn t gotten a haircut in about 6 months and my hair felt so healthy after. After my hair service I got my eyebrows waxed by Kayla. (I used to get them threaded). She did exactly what I wanted! I left the salon 100% satisfied with everything!!

The salon itself isn t like a normal salon, it is very personal and inviting! There isn t a million stylists walking around and you really feel like you are connecting with each person at this salon.

I would recommend using Carolann Joy Salon as your full service salon! :)

Ashley. I wanted a change after 10 years with a great stylist and I was slightly nervous about changing. Ashley listened to what I wanted and gave her own suggestions. The results were awesome at my first appointment and actually the second time I went I loved my color even more. I would highly recommend Ashley for any hair service and the salon.

BEST HAIR SALON EVER!!!. Carolann Joy Salon is the best!!! I desperately needed to get my hair done for a holiday party being held in Seattle but since I was working in Kirkland and live in Bellevue I had very little time to do this. Carolann Joy Salon’s Redmond location made it super convenient as easy! From the moment I walked into the salon I could feel the luxurious and elegant but yet comfortable environment. Carolann did a truly amazing and beautiful job with my hair foil! I have very blonde hair and no one else has ever been able to get it “just right” but Carolann did just that! She also helped to repair it with a great deep conditioner. In addition to the color, I also had my eyebrows waxed and got a wonderful cut which topped off the look! I left feeling more refreshed than I have in a long time! Carolann easily surpassed all of my expectations and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Carolann!!!

Kayla is good at eyelash extensions. I live in Seattle but had a meeting at the Microsoft campus in Redmond. After the meeting I googled eyelash extensions and found Carolann Joy Salon. I saw Kayla for a touch up and now I wish this salon and Kayla was in downtown Seattle. I miss her work! I felt spoiled!

My new salon and hairstylist. I found this salon via internet and it really lives up to its reputation.I requested an appointment through the website and promptly got a personal email back from Carolann herself. Carolann offered me some appointment times with Heidi. I picked one that worked and got on her calendar. I was slightly impressed by the salon when I showed up for my appointment. Amazing Ombre Color!. I'm a regular at Carolann Joy Salon. I recently wanted to color my hair using the ombre technique, and I'm so glad I did! I am notorious for not getting my roots colored regularly, so ombre is perfect for me. The girls at Carolann Joy used colors that work great with my skin tone, and my hair color still looks very natural. I would recommend Carolann Joy Salon for anyone who wants low maintenance hair color.

Excellent Salon. I have been a regular client of Carloann Joy Salon for all my hair needs since I moved to Seattle. Heidi is rocking the scissors and continues to give the best highlights I have ever had. She has an awesome personality and is wonderful to chat with during appointments. Don't go anywhere else!. Heidi does such a great job! I can't imagine going anywhere else. I usually just tell her to do whatever she wants and come out of the salon feeling like a celebrity! I recently got a Brazilian Blow out from her and LOVE it! I recommend her to everyone!

Best Hair Salon!!!!!!. I love going to Carolann Joy Salon! I walk in feeling Blahh and walk out feeling great. The salon is cute, warm and relaxing. I feel like im at a spa not a salon. Carolann always has good advice as to what cut i should get or what colors will look best. I just cant say it enough, I LOVE MY HAIR. Thank you Carolann :)

Incredibly talented!. I LOVE Carolann Joy Salon!! Heidi is incredibly talented and personable...she made me feel so comfortable. Most of the time I feel like getting my hair done is a chore, but from her I feel like it is a treat! I left feeling relaxed and pampered and my hair looks amazing. Heidi mixed up a custom color to flatter my skin tone and gave me a cut to compliment my face shape.She knows how to cut it so that I can keep the length AND volume...I love it! The location is unbeatable...right in gorgeous downtown Redmond, walking distance from the Towne Center. Perfect experience!
