Heidi is an Artist:-). Heidi did an amazing Job with my hair! The salon was easy to find and was adorable! I LOVED the decor and felt very welcomed and relaxed during my treatment!

I am very indecisive and let Heidi play around with the color for my hair! I was more than happy about the results! The color and the cut was beautiful and I had mentioned a few times during my time that she was like an artist because she is so gifted at picking out colors to compliment me!

I had a cup of warm tea and a warm towel on my neck druing my time! I truly felt like a princess and would HIGHLY reccomend going to see HEIDI for your next haircut or color! SHe is fabulous at what she does and has lot of experience!

Heidi is fabulous!!!. Heidi is fabulous!!! She did highlights and haircut for me last night and it’s the best color and style I’ve ever had! She was very thorough with everything and wanted to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted! She is great and will be my new hair stylist from now on. I will refer her to all of my friends! Check her out!

Hair, Hair, Hair !!!!!!!!!!!!!. Can't tell you all of the complements I have been getting on my cut and color. Everywhere I go people comment and ask me who did my hair!!! Carolann Joy's Salon is so relaxing and she is the sweetest!!! I feel like I spent the day at the Spa not the hair salon! What I ask for she gives me and when I don't know what to do for a change-she helps with suggestions. I'm so glad that I found Carolann Joy's Salon for my haircare. I won't go anywhere else now!

look no more for a great stylist. Carolann is a great stylist and her salon is quaint and comfortable. I love going because although I have only known her for a short time, it's like going to a friend's house for tea and good conversation.

I am not great at describing what I want for my hair and a bit gun shy because of past bad haircut experiences but Carolann listened and was conservative with her first cut and color on my hair. My highlights weren't exactly what I was envisioning so the next time I came in she offered to remedy it (even though the "problem" was that she was conservative because she correctly sensed I was nervous about too much color). I let her go for it and they looked GREAT!

So I am sold! She's committed to helping you get what you want and really knows how to do it! I am sure you will be happy with her too.

Extremely Talented Stylist!. Carolann Joy Salon is the most welcoming, yet professional salon I've ever been to. She has so much talent for one person it's amazing! Always listens to what I want but offers her opinion when I need. She is full of wonderful ideas! Wouldn't trade her for the world! What would a girl do without her stylist :)

She Has a Great Head for Hair!. I've been a client of Carolann's for more than six years now, a relationship that has grown, that prospers and that lasts in spite of my recent move 80 miles North. She does a simply fantastic job on my hair, no mean feat since it's loooooong (and she's not always after me to chop it off either!). She has a tremendous knack for finding the perfect color and keeps my hair in such great condition that I get a lot of compliments (not bad for an old bat in a small town! :-) ). She's also the loveliest lady; warm, friendly and very ethical. Her shop is a charming little oasis of calm and I love it there!

The best recommendation I can give is that I WILL NEVER CHANGE HAIR STYLISTS. Try her...you won't either!

My Lifetime Stylist. Carolann has done my whole families hair, and we all walked out of there feeling so pretty and special! It it time again for new hair styles and we will all go to Carolann again! She does wonderful work and is a true artist! Also she is one of the best people I know and makes you feel so comfortable it is like a full spa experience. The salon's atmosphere is wonderful as well. Thank you Carolann for all you do!

Fabulous Stylist!. Carolann is wonderful at perfecting the color for a blonde. It's so hard to find someone so talented but I've found her and I love going to her studio for a relaxing appointment. I come out feeling updated and vibrant! Ahhhhh what a feeling!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Carolann!

Hair Extensions. The past few years my hair has been thinning and has become more and more difficult to style. Due to my professional career at Microsoft I felt that hair extensions may be something I should consider to maintain a competitive edge. After much research on Google this one statement I found became my compass for finding the correct person to give me extensions: "one of the big differences between great hair extensions and terrible extensions is based on the type of hair that is used and the individual skill of the extension expert". I interviewed a couple of nice woman for extensions and finally decided upon Carolann Joy. I found that Carolann Joy used all the same techniques as the other extension experts but her prices were more reasonable. She used 100% real human hair and blended it very well! Carolann has given back to me the volume that I had just years ago and for that I am very grateful!

Confident Hairstylist. Carolann is amazing, the girl has skills. I came in for the first time with a pic of the haircut I wanted. I love that she did not try to talk me out of it, which has happened to me many times before. no scissor phobia here. I went from shoulder length to jawline skimming. She did it mostly with a razor, and shaped it perfectly. I have received many compliments on it and a lot of WOW's. My haircut is the buzz amongst my friends and family. I'm going back next week for color. I'm a brunette looking to go as blonde as possible, and have not found a hairstylist that is comfortable enough to do it. I loved that Carolann was really honest about the process and realistic about the time it would take and suggested I come back for the color. I loved that she took some of the hair She cut to experiment on colors and how my hair would take to the chemicals before I came back for the appointment. In short it was an overall great experience, the whole staff was friendly and professional, environment was very comfortable too. Thank you Carolann for my new look.
