Ole LObo. Well the first thing I want to say that this place is SOOOO much cleaner then the lobo, of course we all miss the lobo. You can get a super fancy cocktail at your average price. The happy hour prices rule, but the power hour is BOSS, for you late nighters out there! The staff is friendly and usually pretty hot, when the ladies are tending bar. Now Food, the Panini's are great, I have tried them all, yes all of them! They also started have Taco Tuesdays, and for 99cents they are outstanding, actually taste yummy! This space also shows some decent art from local artists, and they have huge tv's and if there is no sports game and if your really nice to your bartender you can select a movie to watch on a boring after noon or lame sunday evening. You can host a party or an event there as well, I have considered this myself in the near future. Go on in and tell them C-Bomb Delux sent ya!
Great Neighborhood Hangout. This was a fantastic remodel from the old Lobo. Great atmosphere, good drinks and a fantastic happy hour. We have also discovred it for lunch. For the money, it is the best place in town for a tasty hot sandwich, good drink, conversation or just watching the two flat screen TV's. The staff is friendly and chances are on your second trip to the Victory, the staff will remember you and by the third time, also remember what you drink. This is a great place to meet for Happy Hour if you want to have fun, but also be able to converse with your friends. If summer ever arrives, they also have a big deck. I have never found the on street parking to be an issue, either during the day or evenings. See you at the Victory Louge.
A welcoming bar to relax after work or play, this neighborly haunt quickly became a beloved spot..
In Short
A casual neighborhood bar where everybody knows each other's name, this friendly Eastlake hangout draws an eclectic mix of nearby residents, sports fans, punk rockers and the hipster-lites. Open since May 2007, this stomping ground oozes comfort with its handsome old-fashioned leather bar stools, shiny lofty counter, dark hardwood floors and spacious outdoor patio available year-round. Two plasma televisions, a digital jukebox and a pool table provide entertainment, while featured wall art by local artists adds flair.
Hits: Catering to sports fans, the bar is open earlier on game days.
Misses: A former haunt of a rough dive bar, unknowing previous customers occasionally stumble in.
Neighborhood corner bar. The Victory Lounge is kind of a cool neighborhood bar, it's right on the corner of Eastlake & Republican. It has outdoor seating on a deck, but from what I can tell, it is usually for patrons to stand on and watch what is happening in the city. Might even have a peek-a-boo view of the Space Needle. Inside was recently renovated (used to be the lobo), and is much more sophisticated, but still totally casual. It has a pretty cool neon blue light box thingy on the bar and a pretty impressive TV. I think they have a couple menu items too, but more munch type food than dinner.
