Give me my money back. I visited Skilett yesterday for a first time, and I won't go back, I mean never. Since I moved to Seattle in 1993, one of my all time complain about the city is that so many of bad tasting restaurants are getting good business and reputations here. The Skillet is one such example. The Airstreamer looks cute from distance but is dirty at close sight. Food was cold, tasteless, dry and expensive. I paid $9 US dollars for less than supermarket grade Curried Chicken. If this was Tokyo, the food woudn't be even make it to catfood shelves. C'mon Seattle! You can do better than this.

Love the Skillet. I love the skillet street food. My boss bought pasta from them on his way back to work and it was such a large amount he couldn't eat it all so he shared with me. I loved it and ever since I have been waiting for more pasta. Our whole office loves this place and it is so close to our office, it makes it so convenient for us. I thank the people who serve us, they are very friendly and I love the food.

skillet street food. worst food ever I have no idea how this greasey spoon is still operating, I've also heard through the grapevine that his employees are often treated like dirt.

Best way to start your day!. I woke up grumpy this morning, but that frown was turned upside down, once I arrived to friendly service and a delicious breakfast at The Skillet. I arrived a bit early but they were still more than happy to see and serve me. They even had the paper out for me to read while I waited. I had a 15min drive into work and the container they provide kept my food warm all the way to my desk. If parking downtown wasn't such a hassle, I'd return for lunch in a hearbeat! Its no ordinary food - high quality and great service.
