We booked angel limo for an event but after reading the horrible reviews we decided to go with a better company. When we requested a refund, in the contract it says you can get a refund before 14 days before the event and it was before 14 days, the owner told us to goto hell and we couldn't have our money back. When i threatened to go to court he said he was sending Russians to my house to kil! me! Seriously! Stay away!
- Pros: Friendy Russian mobsters!
- Cons: Refund = Death
Not Even a Legal Company

These guys haven't even had their vehicles inspected for safety by the State. They're not even supposed to be on the road. Another company showed me the little white sticker that the Washington State Patrol gives you after inspecting the vehicle. None of the Angel cars I went and looked at had them. Not ONE! They don't even bother to spend $25 to be legal. I'm willing to bet they don't have insurance either.
- Pros: None. Read their google reviews. They rip people off.
- Cons: Never registered their limos or business with State
Funny story but ultimately, bad service

Just the facts- I booked with Angel Limo. My fiancee found the reviews on CitySearch, didn't have a great feeling, wanted everything to go well on the wedding day and made other plans. I cancelled with Angel Limo 3+ weeks before the wedding. Funny part -- Angel Limo ignored the cancellation and we ended up with two identical limos in front of the church on the big day (better than none, I guess). So, first, I spent 5 minutes on the phone with the owner _on my wedding day_ reminding him that I had cancelled nearly a month earlier. Next I had to call back after the honeymoon when I didn't see a reversal of the charge or a refund on my credit card. The owner said he would take care of it. A week later I called again...same story. I finally resorted to disputing the charge through my credit card company.
- Pros: The stretch Chrysler 300 looked great.
- Cons: Customer service is abominable including immediate credit card charge and un-willingness to resolve the dispute.
