Great Service. We took a very large plasma TV into here after Sears Service tried three times to fix a year old Hitachi. It turned out that Sears has mis-mounted a board and caused two other boards to burn out.

It took a while to find the parts, but the bill was very reasonable and the set works perfectly.

As an aside, while Hitachi warranties the set for three years, Sears only gives one year when they sell it. Sears took over six weeks to mess things up and the set was out of warranty by two weeks and they said tough luck.

Kentronics may look cluttered, but the guy is a professional and can get parts for almost anything. He'll fix things that the box stores say they can't or won't. Well worth the time to use him in our book. We sent several friends there and he's done well by everyone we know.

Don't take my word. Brought my CD player in for repare over 6 months ago and still haven't received it back. After many many passed off calls he said part are on back order this is after he ordered parts that he thought would fix the problem that didn't.

But don't take my word go down and look at this small coverted house. I've seen small shops with lots of backlog equipment but this should have been My fist clue that he doesn't fix anything, just collects peoples broken equipment and sits on them till they are so pissed off that they just go out and buy new. I would but times are real tuff now and can't always aford new. I guess I need to turn him into the BBS or Get Jessie because it beyond that point!
