This is the Worst Painting Place You Could Choose. Turn around and go to any other Macco. Any of them are better then this one, or any paint shop for that matter. The Kent Macco is a bunch of dirty, lousy, thief's. If anyone knew or saw these workers in their car, you better check twice for your items. They dont have any guilt or morals, they will steal all your stuff and say it was someone who snuck over there fence, snuck passed the camera's and took stuff out of your car at night without being seen or caught by the workers... Yeah right, it is the workers that are committing the crimes here... Sooooo Obvious... Better Business Bureau hopefully removes them eventually, they are a waste of space in Kent now that lot of people know they are evil scoundrels.

Avoid this place at all costs.. Most Macco's are great with there presidential paint job, but not this one and an item from my car was missing. Go to any other paint shop or Macco. You'll save yourself money, a huge headache and it will be done professionally. These guys are rookies and untrustworthy too boot. Search for another place to get painted now while you still can.

Dont ever go here!!! Beware of these Scam artist's.. Dont trust anyone at this Macco, When I left it there for a couple days too get painted, I come back and they tell me alot of stuff was stolen out of my car and than said they didn't know what happened, no video surveillance, someone jumped over the wired fence and took it, they cant compensate me, they took off my steering wheel, dvd deck + sub & amp. I should have called there bluff and filed a police report but was too mad at the time. These are scandalous dirty people. This guy at the front desk said he would lower the price a little, he was basically admitting that he knew about it or was an accomplice. Worst place you could possibly go too... The mechanics at Kent, Macco stole my stuff, plain and simple... Hope they get caught up and get shut down.

Rip off!. Never go to this maaco, they ripped me off for $1100. I brought my accord (prevously green) to be painted charcoal grey.. I pointed out to Dave, the owner, the exact color I wanted. Horrible results! My car's a light grey and the didn't fix the minor dents! I paid for the value prep ($199) and no body work was done! Paid an additional $200 to paint door jams and trunk, there were paint chips and drips on the jams. My interior had dust all over and on top of that, there was paint all over the side panels! They are sloppy and Dave makes an excuse for all of the dings he didn't fix. For instance my bumper, minor scratch on it and a tiny ding.. he said the only way I'd be able to fix that problem, would be to buy a new bumper. BS! Bottom line, they rip people off, if you're looking for a cheap paint job, don't bother paying the additional money for a presidential because they'll do the same paint job as if you were paying for an ambassador package. They didn't even position my emblems right and used double sided tape to secure it on. I would never recommend this place to anyone because they do such a crappy job. don't make the same mistake i did!

Great Customer Service. The customer service, repairs and quality of this Maaco surprised me. I would like to say thank you and highly recommend to all to take your vehicle here. They went above and beyond.
